General

If the client does not have an exchange container, then he must leave a deposit.
The refundable deposit for the container amounts to only 35,000 soums per bottle.

Volume – 18.9 liters.

The deposit is a guarantee that we will not lose the container after the first order. As a last resort, we will have funds to buy a new one.

It should also be taken into account that during the period of cooperation the container becomes unusable over time and changes to a new one.

Drinking water in Tashkent is of medium hardness, which is due to its origin from mountain rivers that wash rocks. The body of local residents is accustomed to such water, and receives all the necessary trace elements from it.

Drinking water must be safe
in epidemic and radiation terms, harmless in chemical composition and have favorable organoleptic properties.

This is most likely due to the fact that
there is a microcrack in the bottle, which may not be noticeable at first glance. A situation is possible when the cork on the bottle is not tightly dressed, as a result of which air enters the bottle,
and the tanks in the cooler overflow. In both cases, you need to replace the bottle with a new one.
and watch the cooler after drying the device for a day.

Preventive cleaning of cooler is required once every 6 months.
In a high traffic office, this maintenance should be done more frequently. Timely maintenance is a guarantee of trouble-free operation.

All major breakdowns and problems
with the operation of devices occur
from the absence or from untimely sanitation:

  • water changes color and smell when passing through the cooler;
  • liquid does not flow or flows very poorly;
  • The device does not heat or cool water well.

Any of these reasons is primarily
with device contamination. With time

If your cooler breaks down in the office, cleaning, washing, disinfecting all parts that come into contact with water during operation, and the device itself as a whole, will help fix the problem. With a small passability of your office, maintenance can be carried out as usual. If the intensity of operation is high, it is worth increasing the frequency of flushing to once every 3 months. When purchasing a cooler for rent from us, discuss this with the employees so that we remind you in time of the need for the next service maintenance.

You need to contact the manager of our company at +998 78 150 45 45, agree on the day and time interval of delivery. After that, our courier delivers the bottles
to the door of your home or office.

Delivery is free for the company’s customers.

If you need to change or cancel your water order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible via the Telegram bot. They will help you make the necessary changes or cancel the order if it has not yet been processed for delivery. Please note that when the order is
